#Product Description
SE2215 is two-component solvent-free room temperature curing epoxy potting adhesive with excellent adhesion and heat resistance.

3. Excellent electrical insulating properties, and stability
4. High thermal conductivity, low expansion coefficient
5. High Tg (glass transition temperature), can be used between temperature 150~180℃ for long-term
6. Good waterproof, moisture resistance, very low water absorption
7. Flame retardant grade of UL94 V-1
#Typical Applications
For encapsulation of electric products which require high thermal conductivity and heat resistance, such as electric tools, instrumentation, automotive electronics etc.
